HOW TO REGISTER: create an account via the parent portal and select desired class
Join our incredible studio and participate in our structured recreational program.
One class per week for 8 weeks will give you extensive knowledge and training in the dance style ACRO.
Each class is prepared specifically for the level and ability of the dancer.
*After each recreational class 15 minutes of parent/teacher time will be available for parents to speak to the instructor and address any questions.
Summersaults and Sing A Long:
2.5 - 4 years
Gross motor movement, song and dance with basic gymnastic tumbling
Acro Allstars:
4-6 years
Music and movement, Dance and gymnastic tumbling such as rolls, cartwheels and basic bends.
Beginner Acro :
6+ years
15 minutes warm up
30 minutes Basic gymnastic/acro tumbling skills, safety of being upside down, cartwheels, handstands, and contortion
30 minutes dance technique and acro dance choreography
Intermediate Acro:
6+ years
15 minutes warm up
30 minutes of gymnastic/acro tumbling ; walkovers front and back ( bridges should be mastered before entering into this level)
30 minutes of dance technique and acro dance choreography
Advanced Acro:
6+ years
15 minutes warm up
30 minutes of gymnastic/acro tumbling; handsprings and side aerials. walkovers must be mastered before entering into this level.
30 minutes of dance technique and acro dance choreography
Elite Acro:
6+ years
15 minutes warm up
30 minutes of gymnastic/acro tumbling; side, front and back aerials, back tucks and springs. Handsprings must mastered before entering into this level.
